Where Decorators Go is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, you can return your item for an exchange or refund. Simply contact our store to receive instructions on returning your purchase. The following conditions apply:
*Delivery unless otherwise specified, is furniture delivered to your place of residence off the truck. In some cases on our own personal trucks we will help with bringing furniture inside your residence. If assembly is required, it is the responsibility of the customer. We do offer assembly for an extra fee.
IMPORTANT -All customers are responsible to inspect their furniture when delivered. If, during the inspection, the customer notices visible damage to the condition of the delivery you MUST notate this on the Bill of Lading which the driver retains for their records. Any shipment that is not notated at time of delivery as being damaged, the packages will be considered by us and the shipper as being delivered in good condition and without damage.
