Return Policies
Macs Furniture is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, you can return your item for an exchange or refund within 48 hours. Simply contact our store to receive instructions on returning your purchase. The following conditions apply:

Warranties: It is customer’s responsibility to handle any returns on exchanges or repairs.

  • Shipping is non-refundable*
  • A (20%) Restocking Fee applies (provided item is repacked according to factory standards & without excess wear) on all returns and also on orders that have been prepared for shipment and have not shipped.
  • Items must be returned in their original container at customers expense.
  • Damaged Items that are refused will be returned at shipping company’s expense and new items will be shipped to customer.

*Delivery unless otherwise specified, is furniture delivered to your place of residence off the truck. In some cases on our own personal  trucks we will help with bringing furniture inside your residence. If assembly is required, it is the responsibility of the customer. We do offer assembly for an extra fee.

Shipping Policies
Shipping to and from is at the customer’s expense and varies according to price and location. For orders over $(7000.00)  in our local area, we offer FREE shipping. All items will be shipped insured.

IMPORTANT -All customers are responsible to inspect their furniture when delivered. If, during the inspection, the customer notices visible damage to the condition of the delivery you MUST notate this on the Bill of Lading which the driver retains for their records. Any shipment that is not notated at time of delivery as being damaged, the packages will be considered by us and the shipper as being delivered in good condition and without damage.
